This app is STILL THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I'd give a -10 if possible! 6 MOS LATER, I was hoping of SOME IMPROVEMENT. NOPE! I tried to login AGAIN as I would on WEBSITE. It STILL claims USER NOT FOUND. I've contacted my medical insurance provider and STILL SAME RESPONSE-NO ERRORS or login issues! I even contacted the app creator/tech team. STILL NO RESPONSE! What if you dont have access to IMPORTANT, PRIVATE information? So much for CONVENIENCE🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
I am not allowed to register because it says my info is already in use. I signed up for patient portal but not the app so I have no username. How am I supposed to register if the app won't allow me the use of my info? Also get activation code keeps giving me an error.
I was not happy with this app at all. It was very basic. It could be very organized and help us be organized as well. I rather go on the website and find a doctor.
Put info and kept denging me
Hasn't been looked for repair since April 2019. Completely broken and its sad. Used to be a critical help for patients and would have been great for the pandemic. =============================== However after your replies to the community about the patch and fix received I can attest as of July 2nd, this updated version is working again as I remembered. Please stay up to date on keeping this working as it is a vital help and thank you so so much Keystone.
Horrible , i just installed the app and it wont work without it being updated but theres no update smh
